PU Xtrader will be upgrading its servers starting from 26 October 2024 00:00 hrs. (GMT+3) until 26 October 2024 03:00 hrs. (GMT+3).

Access to PU Xtrader accounts will still be available during the server upgrading period. However. all orders of the affected products will not be executed during the server upgrading period.

Gentle Reminder:

Deposit, withdrawal, data searching functions and account opening applications would still be available. We recommend clients make proper arrangements in advance.

The affected Cryptocurrency market product NEOUSD will be closed during the above upgrade period. Trading will resume on 26 October 2024 03:00 hrs. (GMT+3).

Once the upgrade has been completed, access to PU Xtrader servers will be restored.

We would like to advise clients to manage their accounts and trades. Do ensure that there are enough funds in your trading account to maintain your open positions to prevent your positions from forced liquidation due to a margin stop out.
